Lamb

Lamb is rare in India it is mostly goat meat and goat meat is not very suited for Chinese cuisine. Beef is to be found but majority of the population, which are the Hindus, do not eat beef. At Dalchini, we use the best Welsh and occasionally Scotch lamb to create these wonderful offerings.
